A cocktail that brings us back in time when Italy mixed its local still wine with a bitter aperitif and only then added soda water to it. Our Old Spritz, in fact, respects the tradition with evident bitter and fruity notes for the nose and the palate. Iconic.
Drink it on ice and garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.
